Bittersweet.

Today I came home from getting my hair REALLY highlighted (I'm a total blonde now!) and there was a package on my front porch. I just KNEW what it was!!!! It was my final package from my secret pal! I was soo happy yet a little sad because there will be no more spoiling now. I didn't sign up for the next round because of all of the chaos that is going on ie....IVF, back to work, guitar lessons, sign language classes. Anyhow, I digress. Thank you SOO MUCH Theresa for the awesome yarn, candy, book, knitting needles, pirate pencil toppers and Laurel Burch coin purse! You have been SUCH a wonderful pal! I have been spoiled soo wonderfully by you...I don't want it to end! However, all good things must come to an end.
On the same note, go check out the person who I have been spoiling! Her name is Jenn and I've had an absolute BLAST spoiling her!

So, my sister and I are cruising around downtown Decatur and we see in the distance a person on a REALLY...and when I say really I mean REEEEEALLY tall bicycle! He was riding a bike on top of another bike. We have dubbed it the TwoForOne. We knew that we had to get some proof so Breahna whipped out the camera and took a couple pics of him. Is this not hilarious!?!? We really wish that we knew his name. He looked like SUCH an interesting fellow.

To my ever devoted, loyal and true readers.....thanks soo much for "humouring" me with everything that I post. I'm soo bad. I haven't been knitting ANYTHING in such a long time. I guess that since I haven't finished this sweater, I feel guilty starting anything else. I'm really bad at starting things and then not finishing them. However, I really do have much more on the sweater done than just that sleeve. That is an old pic. I think that I only have the neck and the finishing left to do. I need to get on it!!!! :)

Deep Thoughts with Cerella.

I'm not a big fan of artificial nails for a number of reasons. The biggest one would have to be my fear of being abducted and murdered. You must know, that at a horrific moment like that, I would be scratching the HELL out of that person so as to get as much DNA as possible so that they will be able to catch the ba*t#@d. Now, if you have fake nails (which are usually pretty thick,) they are not sharp enough to scratch off skin. You'd probably just end up beaking a nail. Marinate on that for a little bit.

It is soo nice out today! The Decatur Celebration is going on this weekend so I hope that the weather continues to stay this beautiful.

No rest for the wicked!

I did it ya'll! I went to bed at 10pm last night and woke up at...ummhmmmm....9:30am!!! Go me! I'm on the road to better sleeping habits. Now, if only I can cut back from 12 hours per night to 8 I'll feel like a regular human being. :)

Only 4 more hours to go!!!

Okay world, I have almost done it! I'm trying to change my sleeping schedule. I've been going to bed around 3 or 4 in the MORNING and then I don't wake up until 12 or 1pm!!!! I'm sleeping my life away. Sooo, last night I took 2 tylenol pm's, had a HORRIBLE nights sleep and have been up since......SEVEN A.M.!!!!!! Hey, for ME that's purty darn early. Folks, I'll tell you what....it's been a community effort to keep me awake. I called Sarah at 8 am because that girl is forEVAH up at the butt-crack of dawn! We talked for a bit and once I hung up with her, I made several much needed DR. appointments (dentist, eye exams, etc.) and then went over to my mom's (she is REALLY good at making ME be good!) We took the dogs for a walk in the park, fiddled around with her camera & computer and then went to Target. Whew, it was quite the struggle! Now, I just need to keep it up! :)

Good news, Good news!!!!!

John & I went to see our Fertility Specialist today. He has given the A-OK for us to start IVF!!!!! Long story short, we will be doing the procedure the week of September 18!!! We are really excited! Please send all of your positive vibes our way! :)

Forgiveness continued.

I just had a very wonderful thing happen to me. I ran into a girl that I hadn't seen in MANY years...since highschool. I wasn't very nice to her back then and it was all because of a boy. I was completely in the wrong. I have had dreams over the years of people I would like to make ammends with and just this past week I had one about her.
Then today, I see her! It took me a bit to realize who she was. I didn't recognize her at first. I asked her what her name was and when she said "Kelly" I KNEW it was her. I asked if she recognized me and she said yes. I told her that this was weird because I had JUST had a dream about her and had been wanting the chance to see her. I apologized for the way I had acted in highschool, she didn't deserve that. She was soo nice and said that it was okay, it happened soo long ago. So Kelly, if you read this.....thank you for your forgiveness. It means more than you know.

There are alot of people out there that I need to forgive, so to come full circle I need to ask those who I have wronged to forgive me.
