Oh, Canada!

Well, Canada came and went soo fast! We had alot of fun for having such a short little trip.
I thought that these signs were hilarious! We need 'em in the states!
Marisa & Stephanie were lovin' the iPod!
Happy Anniversary Nonno Luigi & Nonna Antonietta!
Beautiful Emilia with her Zia Cerella.
Karen & Quinn at their pool party. Soo much fun!!!
John coming down the slide!!!
John & me on the way home from the Heatherington's.

I have a couple of quick little funnies to tell you. Every morning the girls (Stephanie & Marisa) would come into our room to try (TRY is the key word! lol) to wake us up.
Well, on one particular morning they were successful. John & Stephanie were already downstairs so Marisa waited for me (literally waited until I got my hiney out of bed!) So, as I'm getting up out of bed my nightgown accidentally came up a little in the back so that my red undies were showing. I noticed that Marisa saw and quickly turned her head as if embarrassed. Here is how the conversation went....

Me: You saw my underwear didn't you? (slightly chuckling)
Marisa: Yes, but I don't think it's funny. (with a VERY straight face)
Me: What????
Marisa: I don't think that it's funny. I don't think it's funny at all. In fact, I don't think that ANYTHING is funny. Not even funny jokes.

OMG! It took everything for me to not just fall out laughing. I'm telling you, she didn't crack even the slightest smile. She is a very modest little thing and later on in the day she told me...

Marisa: Zia Cerella, you remember when....well, you know?
Me: Yes.
Marisa: Well, I just didn't want to make you feel embarrassed. I wouldn't ever laugh at you and don't want anyone to ever laugh at you either.
Me: Ah, you are too sweet!

The OTHER funny thing that she said was when we were getting ready to leave to had this conversation with my husband.

Marisa: Zio John?
John: Yes?
Marisa: Remember.....call your mother!

She is only 4 1/2 years old and acts like a little old italian lady.
